Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

Defects in craftsmanship, such as weld failures, handle construction flaws, or material integrity issues resulting from the manufacturing process.

Failures or damages that occur under normal use and when the product has been properly maintained according to our care guidelines.

If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.

Conditions and Exclusions

This warranty is valid only if all the following conditions are met:

The product has been properly maintained according to the Blade Care Instructions listed on the Blade Care Page.

The product has not been abused, neglected, modified, or used for any purpose other than its intended design.

The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or patina that occur through regular use.

Rust, corrosion, or damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance.

Damage caused by misuse, such as prying, hammering, throwing, or striking hard or inappropriate materials.

Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs performed by anyone other than Heathen Row Crafting.

Making a Warranty Claim

Your full name and contact information.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

A detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

Once we review the claim, we will provide instructions for inspection or return. If the defect is confirmed to fall under this warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you (excluding shipping in certain cases).

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
Heathen Row Crafting shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Lifetime Definition

For the purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the expected lifetime of the product’s materials and construction under normal use, not the lifetime of the purchaser. As our products are hand-forged and built to endure, this is a long-term, good-faith commitment to our craftsmanship — not a disposable or limited-term warranty.
