HRC BLADES ARE HIGH-CARBON STEEL AND WILL RUST IF NOT CARED FOR!!!
DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER. THIS WILL NOT ONLY CAUSE THE BLADE TO RUST, BUT IT WILL RUIN THE HANDLE.
OIL ONCE A WEEK UNDER LIGHT USE CONDITIONS. (GUN OIL, WD40, OR FOOD SAFE OILS FOR COOKING WEAR)
WIPE DRY AND OIL IF EXPOSED TO MOISTURE, RAIN, OR THE BLOOD OF YOUR ENEMIES.
DO NOT STORE YOUR BLADE IN ITS LEATHER SHEATHE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. LEATHER HOLDS MOISTURE, AND CAN RUST THE BLADE.
LIGHT SCRATCHING FROM KYDEX SHEATHES IS NORMAL AND CANNOT BE AVOIDED.

The Build Process
Design Consultation: Submit your idea, inspiration images, or speak directly with the smith.
$150 Deposit: Reserves your place in the forging queue (non-refundable).
Forging & Shaping: Steel meets fire-Blade is hammered to shape, and rough grinding is done.
Heat Treatment: Hardened, tempered, and tested for resilience.
Handle Craft: Wood, antler, bone, or leather—shaped for balance and grip.
Final Sharpening & Sheathe Construction: 1000 Grit, Apple Seed Edge is put on your blade, and a form-fitting sheathe is constructed.
Delivery: Waxed, packaged, and sent with care instructions.
Lead Time & Pricing
Lead Time: Minimum 2-3 months once forging begins.
Deposit: $150 (non-refundable, required to begin).
Custom Knife Range: $250 – $1,200+, depending on complexity, steel, and detailing.
